The vision of IDEAS is to be a platform for promoting interdisciplinary education at national and intergovernmental levels besides being a store house of knowledge exchange in pursuit of an egalitarian and just society.
The Mission is:

- To support and facilitate mutual exchanges through joint scientific studies, researches and innovation works in areas of social welfare, education, health, research and extension.
- To promote information exchange for an egalitarian and just society.
